Intellectual property strategy is not understood as a single-minded action aimed solely at protecting a specific object or device, but rather as a comprehensive approach encompassing all aspects of intellectual property. This includes commercial contracts, as well as partnership and development agreements that establish specific industrial rights without necessarily relying on registration or filing rules.

The firm has longstanding expertise in this field and was appointed in 2009 as an expert in preliminary industrial property diagnostics by the INPI.
